We are still living out of a few boxes but are pretty much unpacked. Avery and I have been taking lots of walks around the new place. We've enjoyed the last few days of unseasonably warm weather but today it dropped significantly. Still waiting for snow!

Avery loves reading and she's not chewing books anymore. Yay! Here she is enjoying one of her favs "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see?"

Avery loves dressing up in this outfit brought back by Uncle Geoff from one of his exotic travels.
(Geoff, she really wears it ALOT. I think she's going to be a girly girl because she seems to be into dressing up lately.)

This is what happens about 2 seconds after I put a barrett in her hair. She yanks it out immediately...Grrr...

All she needs here is a fishing pole.

Avery and I exploring the area around our new place.

On the hike back to the car. Avery couldn't stop touching Daddy's beard. What is this on your face??

Dancing on the picnic table.

This is at the top of Flagstaff Mtn last Sunday. This picture captures Avery and Duncan's relationship perfectly. Always trying to get away from eachother. They really are brother and sister!! (I have seen Avery give D some love when she doesn't know I'm watching)

You would never guess it but this is at the Butterfly Pavilion. Avery had zero interest in the butterflies. All she wanted to do was jump around in the puddles and touch the drains. I think it will be a couple years before we head back there.
