Little Spark and Soft Foot

Cousin Becky took a break from her European work tour to stay with us over Thanksgiving. She even made the kids Indian outfits and gave them new names. Avery is now Little Spark and Halen is Soft Foot. We miss you B!

Bumpa's Visit

Great visit with Bumpa. Avery showed him her school and we just hung out and had fun. :)

Stone Soup

Today we were served Stone Soup at Avery's school. They have been reading and learning about the story for a couple of weeks. Each child picked a vegetable to bring and add to the soup. Avery choose carrots. Invited guests were treated to the story, a beautiful song about thanks (which they signed while singing) and a feast of stone soup!

First Snow and Gran-Mary's Visit

Brrr...we had a taste of winter this past weekend. Gran-Mary arrived just in time for some fun in the snow! Luckily, it only lasted a day or so and then warmed up a bit. Thanks for everything Gran-Mary. We miss you! xoxo

Trick-or-Treat

Happy Halloween everyone! Great weather for running around the neighborhood. Avery really got the hang of it this year. We met at a neighbors house and walked around with about 9 kids. Fun!

Happy Birthday big guy! We slept in, enjoyed a pancake breakfast and had some good friends over for dinner. Halen shares a birthday with Jax. They are about 8 hours apart. Buds for life!
