Spring has Sprung!

What's been going on the last month or so...

It's been a while since I've updated the blog. Lots happening and we've definitely got Spring fever! I've posted the latest happenings with the Bugbee Clan. Enjoy Spring...it's around the corner.

Avery finished up her second session of gymnastics today. Spring break next week and session three starts April 1st!

Avery just finished studying the solar system at school. Her class took the SKIP bus on a field trip to the Fiske Planetarium on CU's campus. It was an adventure (and tiring) as a parent chaperone helping watch over 27 preschoolers.

Cousin Becky's new beach towel...

Cousin Becky has been in town visiting twice now since I've updated the blog. This last trip of hers we made it down to Denver to check out the St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 12th. We were amazed at how big it was, and FUN! We soon learned the Mile High City is home to one of the largest St. Patrick Day parades in the nation with 10,000 marchers and nearly 250,000 spectators!

Halen is getting so big. His hair is getting curlier and his belly is getting bigger. He's running all over the place. He's been eating with utensils on his own now and most of the food makes it into his mouth.

A taste of Spring

We enjoyed the warmest day so far this year. Friday temps hit in the high 60's. It was W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L! Avery was even able to sneak in a bike ride. Unfortunately we've got a couple more months of winter. Boo...

Mama's Birthday!

I had a wonderful birthday weekend. We grabbed our snowshoes and headed west to play in the snow at Brainard Lake on Saturday.
